Snapit Outdoor Vandal Dome Housing

Our Snapit housing offers a simple to install, three-step process. All Snapit outdoor dome models are IP68 and IK10 rated, include DW’s CleanView hydrophobic dome coating to repel water, dust and grease and will Cold Start at -40°F./-40°C.

CleanView Hydrophobic Dome Coating

The CleanView coating improves visibility by reducing water spots, dust and grease build-up on the camera dome housing’s glass. The CleanView coating treatment will allow the liquid to roll off of the dome’s glass surfaces when tilted vertically up to 10° or less. The CleanView™ coating leaves the camera dome’s glass clean, repels dust and grease, preventing IR reflections due to dust and smudges.

Cold Start -40°F (-40°C)

The installed heater helps the camera power up in extreme cold weather conditions where temperatures may go as low as -40°F. This makes the cameras ideal for any harsh environment installation.
