Load Balancing

The CS-5800 improves server efficiency and load balancing by distributing traffic over three or four WAN connections. Balancing incoming traffic consists in assigning rules to user sessions based on configurable mode depending on the load: "Auto Load Balance", "Unbinding WAN Balance" and "Strategy Routing". Users can also configure which IP address or TCP/UDP port to assign to which WAN port. Balancing outbound traffic reduces the load on internal servers and reduces the risk of failure.

The CS-5800 router, apart from numerous functions, contains all the necessary network security solutions. It has a configurable firewall and content filtering features that perfectly secure your network. Installing the CS-5800 eliminates the need for other security devices on the network and complicated configuration.

QoS Bandwidth Management

In addition to easy yet efficient bandwidth management, the CS-5800 also supports Smart QoS with dynamic bandwidth management that automatically controls bandwidth for P2P, video, and other bandwidth-demanding services. This helps significantly better allocate network resources depending on business needs, as well as shape network traffic by assigning priorities to different people, groups or applications.
